yes? ask yourself 3 questions:

"If this problem were completely solved, how would my life be different?"

Am I worrying about the real issue, or am I distracting myself from something deep?

"is it actually as bad as I think?"

what's the worst-case scenario? Can I exist through it?

"If no one else existed, would this still bother me?"

Or am I just worried about what others think? Do they even care as much as I assume?
